I'm Luis Perez, a Senior Yacht Broker with OneWater Yacht Group, specializing in new construction and brokerage. In less than a decade, I've closed more than $145 million in yacht sales. I was named Top Salesman company-wide in 2023, earned Admirals Circle in Q1 2024 and again in Q4 2026, and once sold seven yachts during a single Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

As a Sunseeker specialist and one of the brands top salesmen for nearly a decade, I also represent Riviera, Absolute, HCB, Belize, Majesty, Numarine, and Prestige Yachts, helping clients buy, sell, and build with total confidence, from first sea trial to final closing and everything after.

A lifelong boater, I'm a US, Bahamas & Caribbean expert. I've run these waters for years, from the US coast to The Exumas, through Turks and the Virgin Islands, all the way down to St. Barths & Venezuela. My wife Alesha is also a yacht broker, and together we organize yearly private yacht rendezvous so our clients get the most out of ownership.
